Help To Buy Scheme Valuations
Help to Buy valuations are required if you choose to repay the loan, when selling or re-mortgaging.
The scheme requires that an independent valuation is prepared on the property by an RICS Registered Valuer. This is a separate valuation from any prepared by a Chartered Surveyor acting on behalf of a mortgage lender.


Shared Ownership Scheme Valuations
Shared Ownership partners / Housing Associations require a valuation report to be prepared by an RICS Registered Valuer before an owner can either purchase a greater share in the property (known as ‘staircasing’) or sell the property.
As an independent, RICS Regulated practice, we hold the necessary accreditation and have RICS Registered Valuers experienced in valuing Shared Ownership properties.
Other Red Book Property Valuations
We are an independent RICS Regulated practice, providing Property Valuation Reports on behalf of our clients.
